Scott Castro AIA, NCARB

Scott has over 12 years of Healthcare Architecture experience. His passion for healthcare design has driven a deep knowledge of healthcare needs and departmental adjacencies.
Scott pairs this with high responsiveness and accountability to deliver an Impeccable level of client service. He implements latest technology and project delivery methods to develop architectural documents. Scott’s expertise in codes such IBC/NFPA and State Healthcare
Regulatory Requirements is a big resource to our clients and projects.

Richard Rodriguez LEED AP

Richard’s 20+ year career spans in projects from Healthcare to highly technical ones in other fields. He brings to C/V Architects an immense experience in managing a wide range of projects, small complex renovations to large-scale new construction. Richard excels at
collaboration and coordination with all partners, ensuring our clients’ needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget. His expertise in Construction Administration enables challenges to be resolved quickly during construction, thus staying on schedule.

Ledia O. Valdez AIA, ACHA, RID

Ledia is a Healthcare Market Sector Leader with 20 years of experience. She brings to C/V Architects expertise in designing some of the most complex hospital spaces including surgical suites, critical care and pediatrics. Ledia has a remarkable ability to envision the experience of patients and families, especially in the pediatric environment. She uses this insight to guide the planning process while also increasing hospital safety and funtionality. Ledia is a Board

Jennifer Reyes LEED GA

Jennifer has over 10 years of architectural experience in institutional, renovation, and tenant
improvement of commercial projects. She has a vast background in planning, design as well as technical documentation. Jennifer applies her previous experience to healthcare and empathetically engages with the clinical users and community members. Her education expertise is insightful in designing pediatric care environments on how children utilize the designed space. She is a strong collaborator between all the stakeholders and partners.

Ruby Trevizo

Ruby is a Marketing graduate from Stephen F. Austin. She brings a thourough understanding in developing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns. She coordinates our business development communications through the digital and printed media. Ruby is leading our social media networks and recently also led our Sandcastle Team.
