Scott’s extensive expertise in building codes—including IBC, NFPA, and State Healthcare Regulatory Requirements—makes him a valuable resource to every project.

He has successfully managed a wide range of projects, from small, complex renovations to large-scale new construction. Richard excels at fostering collaboration and coordination with all project partners.
