Executed the full build-out renovation for the OBRL, a joint initiative between Rice University and Houston Methodist Hospital. The newly renovated space includes a flexible open capture and equipment zone, a specialized blood draw room, plus essential staff and patient support areas to advance translational research and clinical collaboration.
