C/V Architects provided comprehensive programming, space planning, and interior design services for the new PO Urology clinic as the practice relocated from MOB 2 to MOB 3 at Houston Methodist West Campus.The project involved the complete build-out of a 12,550 SF clinic and office suite within existing shell space. The new facility includes 20 exam rooms, 4 procedure rooms, 2 consultation rooms, 2 team care stations, and multiple support spaces. The administrative suite features 6 provider offices, open workstation areas, and 4 advanced active provider offices.This relocation project delivers a modern, efficient, and patient-centered environment tailored to the growing needs of PO Urology.
